RENT A 125CC SCOOTER WITH ONLY WITH DRIVING LICENSE CATEGORY B:
Due to multiple requests to travel comfortably on a two-seater scooter, we issue a 125cc scooter to people who have only a VU with a B category. As a rule, in the case of driving sober and wearing helmets, the police can stop you and check only for alcohol. At the same time, WU is not asked.
In case of gross violations (inappropriate behavior on the road, riding without helmets), the police have the right to stop you and check the driver's license. In the absence of the required category, the vehicle may be sent to a parking fine, and a fine will be imposed on you.
Therefore, we issue the vehicle under the responsibility of the tenant and take an additional deposit. Below are the mandatory requirements for driving a 125cc scooter without an A1 license category.
- Deposit +200 GEL
- Mandatory riding with helmets and without alcohol
- Adequate behavior on the road
P/S IN THE PRACTICE OF OUR RENTAL THERE WERE NO SUCH INCIDENTS WITH THE POLICE
additionally:
- The equipment is issued fully refueled, returned with the same amount of fuel. More is possible, less is impossible
- The equipment is issued clean, and it must also be washed upon return. When returning a dirty one, an additional fee of 10 GEL
- Delivery (we will bring and pick up, if necessary) in Batumi: 30 GEL, outside, by agreement, but not less than 60 GEL.
- In case of early termination of the lease at the initiative of the tenant, funds not related to force majeure will not be refunded for the remaining lease term.
- For long-term motorcycle rentals, route approval is MANDATORY.
RESTRICTIONS :
The renter agrees to use the motorcycle exclusively on paved public roads and only within the territory of Georgia.
It is strictly forbidden to use the motorcycle off paved roads, including but not limited to the following cases:
- mountain trails
- dirt or gravel roads
- damaged or missing pavement sections
- dangerous and hard-to-reach areas such as Ushguli, Omalo, Shatili, and other remote mountain regions where road conditions are unsuitable for street motorcycles.
The motorcycle is intended strictly for use on standard asphalt roads and, for certain models, light gravel under normal conditions.
The renter acknowledges and agrees that in case of violation of this clause, they bear full responsibility for any
potential damages and are obliged to cover all repair costs. Additionally, the security deposit will be forfeited.
List of roads and areas prohibited for travel with our motorcycles:
Georgian Military Road (partially)
- Section: From Kazbegi to the Russian border (Dariali Gorge).
- Note: Although mostly paved, this section is prone to landslides, falling rocks, and may be damaged periodically.
Ushguli – Mestia (Svaneti Region)
- Type: Narrow gravel road with cliffside drops.
- Condition: Poor; suitable only for 4x4 vehicles.
- Risks: Lack of guardrails, falling rocks, and washouts after rain.
Oni – Shatili (via Abano Pass)
- Elevation: Up to 2,826 m; one of the most dangerous roads in the Caucasus.
- Surface: Gravel, mud, rocks.
Oni – Ushguli (Zemo Svaneti, Racha Region)
- Route: Poorly maintained, mostly used by locals.
- Surface: No pavement, with heavy mud and rocky sections.
Roads to monasteries and mountain villages
- David Gareja Monastery (partially unpaved),
- Sapara Monastery (Akhaltsikhe),
- Gergeti Monastery (Kazbegi; partly improved, but still risky in bad weather).
Khevsureti and Tusheti
- Road to Omalo (Tusheti): Among the world’s most extreme roads.
- Abano Pass: Steep switchbacks, cliffs, and muddy sections.
